About Carriage Landing
We would like to thank you in advance for taking the time to consider our beautiful property. We have described below our long term vision for the development.
The property will be divided into 12-15 separate lots of at least 1 acre each where all lots accommodate a beautiful elevated view of the Ottawa River as well as an individual secluded water frontage. Lots are serviced by a private road which will be properly maintained by our company in relation to our Homeowner’s Fee ($80/month). Also included in this fee is the regular maintenance of a landscaped entrance to the development with stone gate and “Carriage Landing” Welcome sign.
