About our developer
Tom Orr has over 20 years in the development and construction business and has built many custom homes to date, and this project will likely become a home for Tom and his family as well. Tom has been managing difficult home sites for nearly 20 years and enjoys the challenge of turning a homeowner’s dreams into reality. Tom can do complete turn key homes or consult with your builder to make your dreams come true . Don’t hesitate to ask; we’re happy to help with any aspect of your project . About our Designer
RiverSong president and designer Michael Neelin has designed over 300 custom handcrafted homes and renovations as an independent professional since 1984. He holds a B.A. in Art History and Architecture, is an accredited architectural technologist and has received several awards for his designs and artwork. He is a member of the Timber Framers Guild and the Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario. RiverSong Design is registered as a design firm under the provisions of the Ontario Building Code. Founded as a sole proprietorship in 1997 and incorporated in 2000, RiverSong Design serves clients throughout Eastern Canada.
